it has been said that there is great wisdom in the bible - this is definately one of those times... the girls and i are memorising this verse - it's a goodie (hence putting it here to share with everyone who wanders upon my blog!)
it is so easy to fly off the handle and freak out about things when what it is we need to do is to take a "time-out" and be silent. ponder the reason why you are angry. it is too easy to be loud when you are angry, but it is important to realise the value of silence. what a lesson - God condones time-out's! :D
